In that role, she is responsible for helping maintain a positive school culture and a focus on character education. She also will oversee curriculum and work with the families of students, to keep lines of communication open.

She has a master’s degree from Marquette University in Educational Leadership and a principal’s license.

“I look forward to working with parents and making a larger impact outside of my own classroom, and I’m excited to be able to further my career at CWA,” she said.

The first two days of school for the upcoming term, Wednesday, Aug. 27, and Thursday, Aug. 28, there will be a meet and greet opportunity with Ms. Thiel, from 8:30-9 a.m. in the Franciscan Center. Any parent who wishes to speak to her can contact her at (414) 465-5122.
